Weird & Wonderful at Kentish Town Library!
Our visit to Kentish Town Library was lovely! It was leading up to Halloween and so we chose to do our Halloween inspired story Weird and Wonderful with the children. In this story, the children learn about the less popular insects and not to step on them! It is also an excellent story for teaching how the insects look. I use visual aids to help. Once we have talked about the story and how the insects look, the children are enthusiastic about doing their drawings.

Once again, we enjoyed Story Time with the children so much. I do many sessions throughout the year at schools and nurseries but it is lovely to do Story Time with parents involved as I also love to see how they react to our audiobooks! I'm pleased to see they are as popular with parents as they are with children and this makes me very happy indeed!
Visit our Kids Corner to see some of the children's drawings.
Adie and I would like to thank Chris Keys, Richard and the staff for a wonderful Story Time at Kentish Town Library.
