Help your child learn to pronounce and spell colours and develop visual skills.
We are proud to launch our first new video series of 2025, Can You Spell It? Children will learn how to pronounce and spell each colour and enjoy seeing our flower characters. With illustrations, voice-overs, animations, and music, this video series will help to teach children to spell in a fun and easy way.
When do children learn colour words?
Learning to identify and label colours is a gradual process that involves both cognitive and language skills. This usually comes when your child is between 2-3 years old, although it could be a little earlier or later. Learning colour words is part of language development and super fun when paired with cute pictures.
Developing colour recognition
In this video series, children have the opportunity to not only learn to spell colours but also identify them in illustrations aiding in their ability to recognise colours in a setting. Make sure you have subscribed to the Music Audio Stories YouTube channel and hit the notification bell, so you don't miss any of our new fun videos for your child in this series.
